Able to meet tight tolerances of (±) 0.0005 inches and capable of turning parts up to twelve inches in diameter, we have happily served a variety of industries, such as life services, semi-conductor, aerospace, and alternate energy. Our precision CNC machining of plastics can be used for the production of custom air cylinders, machine components, and pneumatic and manual valves.

Equipped with live tooling capabilities on our large swing, CNC lathes, and offering CAD design, CAM programming, and reverse engineering services, our precision CNC machining of plastics has been Six Sigma certified for lean manufacturing practices.
